Q:   How much does it cost to be a member?

A:  Annual dues are $40 for individual and $50 for family memberships.  If you join now your membership will be good till June 30th of the following year.

Q:   What are the main Club benefits?

A:  We provide seasonal member socials and single-day tournaments throughout the year.  We also co-sponsor charity tennis events throughout the city.

Q:  How do I get an application to join?

A:  Go to https://cityparktennisclub.com/subscription-plans/ and register on-line.  You can use PayPal or a credit card to pay dues on-line. We would love for you to become a member and support tennis in our community!

Q:  Where are the “home courts” of the club?

A:  The CPTC plays out of the City Park/Pepsi Tennis Center, which is one of the finest public tennis facilities in the state, with 10 clay courts and 16 hard courts which are all lighted.  It is located on Marconi Drive in beautiful City Park. Q:  Does my membership in the club provided me with free tennis courts and reservations?

A:  No. Our club is not directly affiliated with the City Park/Pepsi Tennis Center therefore if you wish to play there you must contact them to reserve a court and find out their current court fee rates.  We do provide courts and balls for all of our Club Tournaments.

Q:  What is the mission of the club?

A:  The CPTC has the mission to promote and support tennis in the Greater New Orleans area by providing activities that are more accessible to all.  We support tennis at all levels, including youth, collegiate, senior; including tennis tournaments and socials.

Q:  How will I receive tennis club news?

A:  First, you will receive an emailed bi-monthly newsletter, called “Good News for Tennis Fans” which will include tennis related news such as upcoming tournaments, local tennis accomplishments, calendar of events, interviews, lots of pictures, and much more.   You will also receive special invite emails for all of our events.  Second, the CPTC website, cityparktennisclub.com will provide up-to-date helpful information.  A key feature of our website is our Membership Directory that includes contact information, skill level, and preferred play time for our active members.

Q:  Can I take tennis lessons at the City Park Pepsi Tennis Center?

A:  There are presently 19 experienced professional tennis instructors teaching daily at the City Park Pepsi Tennis Center.  Contact the center for more information.
